Refund and Cancellation Policy

​1. No Refunds (Digital Subscriptions)

​Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate allocation of specialized high-performance computing resources—including GPU compute cycles and proprietary AI model access—all sales are final. Zengorithm Technologies Ltd. does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any subscriptions, API credits, or service fees. Once access to the ZENGORITHM platform is granted, the service is considered fully rendered.

​2. "As Is" and "As Available" Warranty Disclaimer

​All ZENGORITHM software, including autonomous agentic suites and LLM fine-tuning tools, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

​We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated code or output.

​We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

​By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are using experimental AI technology and assume all risks associated with its output and deployment.

​3. Subscription Management & Cancellations

​Users may cancel their ZENGORITHM subscription at any time via the account billing portal.

​Billing Cycles: To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellations must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

​Access Period: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the ZENGORITHM suite until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point access will be terminated.

​4. Service Credits

​In rare cases of prolonged, unscheduled server-side downtime (exceeding 48 consecutive hours), Zengorithm Technologies Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits. These credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not refundable.

​5. Chargebacks and Disputes

​By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to a refund. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your ZENGORITHM account and access to any associated proprietary tools. We reserve the right to submit this policy and your service usage logs to your financial institution as evidence of agreed-upon terms.
